JOrchestrator is a powerful orchestration platform. Flows can read from and write to your Joomla or WordPress sites and connected services — updating content, changing configuration, running scheduled tasks, calling APIs, and more. Used inappropriately or without adequate testing, they can cause data loss, broken pages, security issues, downtime, or other harm.
You — as the flow developer or the person who enables a flow — bear full responsibility for every flow you create, publish, or run, and for any modification to a site or integration that results. That includes changes to content, settings, database records, files, users, webhooks, scheduled jobs, and third-party systems. You must verify that your flows behave as intended and comply with applicable laws and your own policies.
We strongly recommend developing and testing on a local Joomla or WordPress environment first, connected through the JOrchestrator proxy and tunnel tools, until you understand the platform and are confident in what your flows will do. If you are in doubt, do not run untested automation against production sites.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for harm arising from flows you design or enable, including harm caused by misconfiguration, insufficient testing, or use on live sites before you are ready.
The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the flows, configurations, and data you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
If you subscribe to paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
